Summary: The room was very small and shower room tiny, the doors of the shower cubicle hardly opened leaving a very tight squeeze to access shower cubicle. We had a cockroach in the room one night, did leave information about cockroach and emailed apartments but to date have not had reply. Never saw a member of staff the whole 4 days we stayed.

Summary: There was no real person at Reception on Sunday, just a machine. No issue in the check-in, but it would have been through a phone number to fix it making it less personal and reassuring.

Summary: We know this hotel and it’s fine. This time the bathroom door got stuck and the key cards stopped working. Even an extra one we had just taken out from the machine.

Summary: I felt the staff was very responsive to any questions that I had and they seemed to go out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The community of Pozuelo is walkable, friendly and safe with easy access to Madrid with the Metro within a block. I will stay there again.
